Article 1 - General

These Terms and conditions govern the sales of the products offered on the Pascal-P-Parmentier.com website (hereinafter "the Site").
As the Terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time, Customers are invited to consult them regularly and to print them.

Article 2 - Supplier Identity

The products available on the Site are provided by Pascal P. Parmentier, Route du Col, 04410 Saint Jurs, France (hereinafter "the Supplier").

Article 3 - Prices of products available on the Site

The prices of the products offered on the Site are indicated in euros.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Prices are inclusive of all taxes (including taxes), plus shipping costs. Value added tax (VAT) is included.
The prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site.
The Supplier reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order registration.
In case of an order from a country other than France, the Customer is the importer of the product or products ordered. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are the responsibility of the Client and fall under its sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies in its country.
The transfer of ownership takes place on the date of full payment of the price by the Customer.

Article 4 - Product available on the Site Features

The essential characteristics of the products available on the Site are indicated in the product sheet of each property.

Article 5 - Placing the order

The order is made online by entering the requested data on the Site.
Placing an order requires the Customer to have an E-addressMail in working order.
The Supplier sends the Customer the confirmation of its order by sending an e-mail acknowledgement to the E-Mail address mentioned by the Customer when ordering.

Article 6 - Payment

Payment is made in advance, by credit card or cheque payable in France.
The Customer is informed that some of these means of payment may not be available depending on the country of order or billing or delivery of the products.

Article 7 - Delivry terms

The products are delivered to the postal address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Supplier agrees to ship the products no later than 30 days after the order and payment.

Article 8 - Liability

In the event of delivery to a country other than France, the Supplier shall not be held liable for non-compliance with the regulations of the foreign country where the product is delivered. It is up to the Customer to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products he intends to order.
The photographs and texts reproduced on the Site and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, the Supplier cannot be held liable in the event of an error in one of these photographs or texts.
The Supplier cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services, means of transport, means of communication or telecommunications.
The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including operating losses, loss of profit.
Hyperlinks on the Site may link to other sites. The Supplier disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.

Article 9 - Disputes

This Agreement is subject to French law.
The language of this Agreement is French.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of jurisdiction shall be the courts of the Supplier’s registered office.
