Delivry :
The shipping and packing costs are at your expense, for any order whose glogal amount is less than €25. This amount can be changed at any time and without notice by Pascal P. Parmentier, but it will remain applicable to all orders registered on this site at a date prior to this change.
For all other orders, the shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible, and vary according to the actual weight of your order and its delivery location.
The exact amount of shipping and packaging costs will be communicated to you during the validation process of your order, as soon as you have entered your delivery address.
Unless otherwise specified, your order will be shipped by La Poste.
Returns (Exchange and Refund Guarantee) :
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you ordered, you can return it to us under the conditions specified below, within 7 days, and we will proceed (at your option) exchange of the product or refund of the full amount of the product.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, not unsealed. They must not be written, scribbled, or cut, even partially.
We advise you to make your Registered Shipment with Acknowledgement of Receipt, with assurance of the value of the products.
Upon receipt of your return, if you have requested the exchange of the product, we will immediately send you the replacement product. If you have requested the refund, it will be made within 30 days.
